Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Participate in site coordination meeting between Japanese or non-Japanese technical advisor and the other party such as geothermal power plant EPC contractor and geothermal power plant end user (Other Party) off-line and on-line.
- Assist geothermal power plant construction and operation discussion between Japanese or non-Japanese technical advisor and Other Party off-line and on-line.
- Understand geothermal power plant construction and operation issue based on communication with Other Party off-line and on-line, and inform such issue to Japanese or non-Japanese technical advisor correctly, and also give feedback to Other Party in written English.
- Stay at geothermal power plant construction site continuously and report the work progress to HQ in written English.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or higher degree in Engineering (or equivalent) from reputable university.
- At least 1 year working experience in geothermal power plant as construction and/or operation engineer, or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of geothermal power plant construction and operation.
- Basic knowledge of power plant equipment such as turbine, generator, condenser, pumps and vessels.
- Possess high level integrity and ability to work under pressure.
- Critical, analytical and logical thinker.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Fluency in English.
- Knowledge about EPC projects and project management a plus.
- Experience in working with Japanese manufacturer a plus
- Experience in working with Chinese EPC contractor a plus
- Experience in working with Indonesian geothermal power plant end user a plus
