Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience as product or project manager for IT projects
• Have prior experience as ERP Product Manager in Finance / ECommerce Industry is advantage
• Strong in analytical and logic
• Intermediate excel skill
• Can operate Jira with agile methodology
• Know how to read financial reports in general
• Can communicate well also can speak English and explain things constructively
• Have a good initiative, fast learner, problem solver and get things done

Job Descriptions :

• Assist in identifying and analyze issues surround the ERP system
• Conduct scenario testing in UAT and production to make sure conformity with the requirements and prevents potential issues from the changes where possible
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather and understand the functional and technical requirements for ERP product enhancements and new features
• Support creation of detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for ERP product roadmap items
• Collaborate and effective communication with development teams throughout the agile software development lifecycle to deliver ERP product improvements
• Help create and deliver end-user training materials and documentation for ERP product features/capabilities through excellent user service and communication
• Track key product metrics like adoption, usage, and performance after launches to assess product success
• Identify opportunities/ideas for ERP product improvements through partnerships, integrations, new business models and similar product assessment
