Qualifications & experience
- University degree / fresh graduate
- High School graduate can apply with minimum 1 year exp as Customer Service
- English B1minimum, B2 preferred, (will be tested in the recruitment process)
- Excellent written communication skills in english
- Fresh Graduate / Experience handling ecommerce/social media
- Willing to work in Shifting Schedule including weekend and Public Holiday.
- Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated multi-task capabilities and ambiguity
- Ability to handle high volumes during promotions and peak seasons
Tasks & responsibilities
- Answering an Incoming Chats and Respond to Emails
- Handle Customer Inquiries by Email and social media
- Identify and Escalate Priority Issues.
- Conduct customer surveys to ascertain level of customer service.
