Job Description:

• Team Leadership: Supervise the e-commerce team, providing guidance and training.
• Platform Oversight: Maintain and update e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience (Mainly Shopee)
• Sales & Marketing: Coordinate with marketing to execute online campaigns and optimize product listings.
• Customer Service: Resolve customer issues and improve satisfaction.
• Inventory Management: Ensure accurate stock levels and efficient order fulfillment.
• Reporting: Analyze e-commerce data and report on performance metrics.

 

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing.
• 3-5 years in e-commerce or digital marketing, with leadership experience preferred.
• Strong e-commerce platform knowledge, leadership, and data analysis abilities.
• Experience in smartphone industry is a plus.
• Must be able to speak English & a plus if able to speak mandarin.
