- Our client is a Japanese Machinery company. Currently, they are looking for Deputy Project Schedule Controller.
Job Responsibilities:
- Schedule Development:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Define project scope, deliverables, and milestones in collaboration with project stakeholders.
- Establish critical path and identify potential schedule risks.
2. Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor project progress against the schedule, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and distribute regular schedule reports, including progress updates, forecasted completion dates, and potential impacts.
- Conduct schedule reviews and updates with project teams and stakeholders.
3. Coordination and Communication:
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure schedule adherence and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Facilitate schedule meetings and discussions to address schedule-related issues and changes.
- Communicate schedule changes and impacts to all relevant parties.
4. Risk Management:
- Identify schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential delays.
- Analyze the impact of changes to the project scope or resources on the overall schedule.
5. Documentation and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date schedule documentation and records.
- Ensure that all scheduling activities comply with company policies and industry standards.
Job Requirements:
- Hold min. Diploma's degree.
- Business English proficiency.
- Project controller experience in Construction.
- Having experience of using Primavera cloud.
