About The Company:

  • The working venue is in Solok.
  • Our client is a Japanese Machinery company. Currently, they are looking for Deputy Project Schedule Controller.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Schedule Development:
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
  • Define project scope, deliverables, and milestones in collaboration with project stakeholders.
  • Establish critical path and identify potential schedule risks.

2. Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Monitor project progress against the schedule, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare and distribute regular schedule reports, including progress updates, forecasted completion dates, and potential impacts.
  • Conduct schedule reviews and updates with project teams and stakeholders.

3. Coordination and Communication:

  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure schedule adherence and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Facilitate schedule meetings and discussions to address schedule-related issues and changes.
  • Communicate schedule changes and impacts to all relevant parties.

4. Risk Management:

  • Identify schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential delays.
  • Analyze the impact of changes to the project scope or resources on the overall schedule.

5. Documentation and Compliance:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date schedule documentation and records.
  • Ensure that all scheduling activities comply with company policies and industry standards.

Job Requirements:

  • Hold min. Diploma's degree.
  • Business English proficiency.
  • Project controller experience in Construction.
  • Having experience of using Primavera cloud.
