Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer issues, including account, billing, and technical matters, by liaising with internal teams.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Customer Onboarding
- Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand Cloudmatika’s services and solutions.
- Provide product demonstrations and training as needed.
- Complaint Resolution
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a resolution is reached in a timely manner.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while maintaining customer communication.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, technical, and marketing teams to provide seamless customer experiences.
- Contribute to the development of customer care policies and procedures.
- Feedback Collection
- Collect and report customer feedback to assist in product and service improvements.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and provide actionable insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the IT or cloud services sector.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with cloud computing technologies and services is a plus.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
