Cook Dimsum

Job Requirements :

1. Willing to be placed in Cisarua, Bogor West Java
2. Candidate must possess at least SMA/SMK in any field.
3. Understand the process of making dimsum.
4. Proven experience in similar positions at least 2 year.
5. Must have experiences in food & beverage, hospitality industry
6. Lead the team to work according to SOP
7. Experience using inventory systems
8. Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
9. Must have great personality and excellent attitude.
10. Good presentation and communication skill
11. Well Organized, analytical thinking, Proactive  and able to handle detail

 

Key Responsibilities :

1. Prepare raw materials and cooking equipment
2. Checking the quality of raw materials and cooking equipment
3. Cook food with various cooking utensils
4. Can make various kinds of dimsum menus
5. Creating dimsum menus from preparation to finishing
6. Ensure that dishes look good before serving
7. Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen environment
8. Ensure that all raw materials and cooking equipment are stored properly and correctly
9. Monitor raw material stocks and order if there is a shortage in stock
10. Comply with the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) set by the company
