Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or related discipline.
At least 2+ years of experience as a Chef De Partie Position in a restaurant (fast pace restaurant).
Proven Experience of Western food.
Has genuine interest in F&B, self-motivated, able to forecast food and beverages needs, eye for details and resourceful.
Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes.
Knowledgeable in HACCP
Good understanding of useful Ms Office / Restaurants system
Outstanding communication and leadership skills (kitchen management).
Able to multi-task, adaptable, high initiative, discipline, meticulous, well-organized Willing to work with shift-based, include working on public holidays.
