Job Description

• Managing construction project safely, meet project quality plan and specification, in-timely manner and within budget.
• Ensure HSE Policy, QC Policy, HSE Plan and QC Plan implemented properly during construction phase and completion phase.
• Managing construction Interface with the subcontractor, client and other department and ensure communication with the party happens properly.
• Managing construction budget - cost budget and bill of quantity budget and ensure construction budget managed properly and both within budget.
• Development of the project construction execution plan and subcontract plan properly and meet with the project objective expectation and corporate expectation.
• As owner of the construction project risk, CM have to manage and update the construction risk register properly during project construction duration, and they have to made decision of the proper mitigation plan within their authority limit.
• Managing change management - to the client and from the Subcontractor through proper construction management procedure.
• Development of the construction sequences and construction schedule level 2 and determine the critical path and vulnerability of the construction schedule and determination of the mitigation plan.
• Development of the constructability study for whole project in the beginning and provide input to the engineering to incorporate the result of constructability study or construction concern in the engineering detail design.

 

Requirement and Skill

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering 
• Min 12 (twelve) years relevant and similar capacity in project construction management preferably in Offshore or Onshore Construction / EPMC industry.
• Having solid experience in EPC, EPMC, and CM Project.
• Having qualification in project management with minimum level Ahli Madya Management project certification from national body or international body.
• Good communication skills with project teams and corporate organization.
• Technically strong in construction planning, schedule, cost control, forecasting and reporting. 
• Understand project risk and commercials challenges.
• Ability to analyze project issues, problems and alternates solutions.
• Verbal communication skills in English
