Job Descriptions:

• Direct interface with construction all contractors and LLE vendor during bidding, award, execution, and project closeout/punch list phases.
• Conduct negotiations with all contractors and LLE vendor to evaluate bid with detail and accuracy.
• Create construction project scope and request for proposals.
• Financial analysis of construction.
• Construction project management for specific initiatives aimed at increasing the resiliency of data centers.
• Constructability reviews of civil, architectural, electrical and mechanical designs associated with construction of new data centers or optimization of existing data centers.
• Construction document management including submittal review, RFI, change order and invoicing.
• Construction project quality control.
• Record and report key construction metrics to team members and management.
• Drive teams to perform troubleshooting and root-cause failure analysis for finding and NCR.
• Be a leader within the group as well within internal and external teams that support the data center.

Technical Skills:

• Able to read technical documents and drawings.
• Implementing technical drawings into the field practices.
• Understanding the instruments and construction methods
• Understanding requirements and building standards (ex: SNI)
• Able to operate Microsoft Project scheduling application
• Able to operate AutoCAD application
