BSc in Construction with 5+ years of field experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role, or Diploma in Construction with 8+ years of field experience, including 5 years in a supervisory role.
Proven experience in construction projects, with knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering and sustainable building practices.
Proficiency in construction procedures, building codes, safety compliance, and financial estimation.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project management software (e.g., MS Project or Primavera).
Excellent verbal and written communication in English; proficiency in Indonesian preferred.
Strong interpersonal and managerial skills.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to the planning and development of construction projects.
Assist in pre-construction meetings with clients and contractors.
Lead construction management for multiple projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
Coordinate with HSE management to align activities with project schedules and safety requirements.
Hold regular meetings with contractors to coordinate site activities and address issues promptly.
Review and document Project Management Plans.
Ensure compliance with Master Schedules, contract requirements, and building codes.
Develop and implement inspection, test plans, and commissioning schedules.
Approve and implement the QA/QC Plan, focusing on construction scope and material deliveries.
Review the Design-Builder’s Quality Control Programme.
Conduct field performance assessments for contractors and subcontractors.
Monitor procurement activities to meet project completion dates.
Review project schedules and implement corrective actions as needed.
Measure safety and productivity using key indicators and metrics.
Maintain good working relationships with stakeholders for effective collaboration.
