Requirements:

• BSc in Construction with 5+ years of field experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role, or Diploma in Construction with 8+ years of field experience, including 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience in construction projects, with knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering and sustainable building practices.
• Proficiency in construction procedures, building codes, safety compliance, and financial estimation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project management software (e.g., MS Project or Primavera).
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; proficiency in Indonesian preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and managerial skills.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the planning and development of construction projects.
• Assist in pre-construction meetings with clients and contractors.
• Lead construction management for multiple projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
• Coordinate with HSE management to align activities with project schedules and safety requirements.
• Hold regular meetings with contractors to coordinate site activities and address issues promptly.
• Review and document Project Management Plans.
• Ensure compliance with Master Schedules, contract requirements, and building codes.
• Develop and implement inspection, test plans, and commissioning schedules.
• Approve and implement the QA/QC Plan, focusing on construction scope and material deliveries.
• Review the Design-Builder’s Quality Control Programme.
• Conduct field performance assessments for contractors and subcontractors.
• Monitor procurement activities to meet project completion dates.
• Review project schedules and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Measure safety and productivity using key indicators and metrics.
• Maintain good working relationships with stakeholders for effective collaboration.
