The Center Director is responsible for the overall management of an EF Franchise school. Duties encompass the staff hiring and training, running sales operation and operating the school on a day-to-day basis and to ensure high production and efficiency in overall center operation.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

•Bachelor's Degree or above

•Over 5 years of work experience, with more than 3 years team management experience

•Strong leadership skills and able to motivate, lead, and coach team members

•Work experience in sales & marketing, or English education field is strongly preferred

•Attention to detail

•Has fluent English communication skills

 

Placement:

EF Center in Jakarta, Tangerang or Bogor
