Prepare and develop product and sales concept according to Brand
Implement marketing plan and strategy to support and create brand image or brand building which can be accepted by consumer
Regulate all aspects of activities associated with the brand, like consumer insight, advertising development, media planning, consumer & trade promo, market research, product development, pricing, S&OP forecasting, financial mix, and P&L management
Win the market competition for existing product
Evaluate new products that use the brand which is concerned during the periode of launching
JOB REQUIREMENT :
Bachelor Degree in any discipline, but prefered Engineering, Management, Communication
At Least 3 years working experience as Brand Manager or 5 years as Jr. Brand Manager in FMCG.
Experience in brand communication and brand innovation development
Capable to lead small team and across function
Strong business sense and analysis
Good computer skills,
Good communication and presentation skill
Strong adaptability

Consumer Oriented
Prefer those who already has strong knowledge on consumer insight and market research
Understand brand communication and brand innovation development
