We are an European Premium Automobile Brand, looking for Brand Managers to support the growth plan in Indonesia. 

You will be working within the Sales & Marketing team with responsibility in Indonesia and be the key pillar to generate new growth in the assigned territories.

 

Job Description:

  • Develop sales strategies, open new market areas, understand segment competitors, sales activities and area coverage to achieve sales targets;
  • Identify and acquire potential customers, explore new business opportunities and develop/open new market areas;
  • Conduct market research, develop marketing campaigns, and adapt business strategies based on market conditions and customer needs;
  • Analyze all requirements of individual market areas and all market trends, ensure optimal level of customer satisfaction, and recommended strategies to increase revenue and profitability;
  • Ability to analyze sales data, customer feedback, and performance metrics to track progress against targets, identify areas for improvement, and continuous drive towards sales optimization;
  • To monitor closely together with After Sales dealer network to ensure the standards and quality of products are met;
  • Leading and mentoring the branch team, which includes sales staff, service personnel, and administrative support;

 

Requirement  :

  • 27-42 years old, possesses min. a Bachelor’s degree from any background;
  • Have more than 5 years of professional work experience in sales management roles within the automotive industry, with a focus on operations in distributorship/dealership management;
  • Fluent in spoken and written English communication is a must;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Must have advanced computer (user) knowledge and skills;
  • Possess strong leadership skills, team work, analytical skills, target- and result- oriented;
  • Have knowledge of customer-based prospects in the assigned territories;
  • Possess patience, good attitude, well-mannered and eager willingness to learn.
