We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our PT. Pipamas Primasajati branch in Tasikmalaya, West Java. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in material building and manufacturing, demonstrating leadership, strategic thinking, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth in the material building and manufacturing sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
• Develop and manage the branch budget, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
• Implement cost-control measures and optimize operational efficiency.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to meet customer expectations.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a managerial role within the material building and manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and drive profitability.
