Assist Area Sales Manager (ASM) in leading, directing and motivating distributor’s sales team to ensure sales and distribution targets set are achieved
Assist ASM and distributor in generating sales opportunities, build distribution with focus on General Trade, Modern Trade channels.
Develop and implement the sales and promotion plan and evaluate sales related promotion activities.
Responsible for target achievement, distribution, availability and visibility company product through local distributor partner
Making sales strategies and socialize them to the sales team, Making monthly report, Identify future and current trends that appeal to consumers
Update Management on market situation (competitors’ promotion activities, market demand), report on sales, stocks, Purchase Orders.
Conduct joint visits and attend weekly meetings with distributor team.
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent with minimum 5 years relevant sales experience in FMCG industry and at least 2 years of experience as Area Sales Supervisor
Have a good knowledge about coverage area
Willing to place at BOGOR
Having experiences in General Trade and Modern Trade channels
Distribution Management
