Overview:

Area Sales Manager will oversee the sales operations within a specified geographic region,

This role involves leading a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of regional sales targets. 

Requirement:

  • Min. Bachelor Degree
  • 5-7 years of sales experience in consumer retail, product, banking or similar industries
  • Should have experience in manage big team
  • Proven success in meeting sales targets and growing business.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make decisions.
  • Familiar with Ms Office especially excel 
  • Willingness to travel as needed and open for relocation

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement regional sales plans to achieve business goals.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to find growth opportunities.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Set clear performance goals for the sales team and conduct regular evaluations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track progress.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
