Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager in West Java. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales distribution, monitoring the sales team, developing strategies to increase market share, and maintaining relationships with key clients. The role also involves analyzing sales data, monitoring competitors' activities, and creating sales programs tailored for each key client in their area of distribution.

Qualifications

  • Diploma (D3) / Bachelor's Degree (S1) with proven experience in sales distribution and team management.
  • At least 8 years of experience with 2 years specifically in an Area Manager position in FMCG industries.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with competitor analysis skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and manage distribution across GT, MT, Horeca, and Medical channels.
  • Knowledge of FMCG products and their distribution maps, especially in the Bandung Area.
  • Familiarity with West Java local distributors and key outlets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
