Job Description: 

• Setting sales targets for the team and individual representatives, and working to achieve and exceed them 
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase sales and business opportunities 
• Leading, motivating, and guiding the sales team, and evaluating their performance 
• Establishing, maintaining, and expanding the customer base, and servicing the needs of existing customers 
• Collecting customer feedback and market research to improve service delivery 
• Keeping up to date with products and competitors Maintaining relationships with suppliers, distributors, brokers, and key clients 

 

Qualification: 

• At Least Bachelor Degree from all major 
• Min. 3-5 years’ experience as Sales Manager/ Area Sales Manager 
• Having experience for General Trade and Modern Trade
• Having experience in Stationery Business or FMCG Business
• Able to speak Mandarin/ Hokkian is point plus 
• Willingness to travel regularly and having Own Vehicle to mobile  
• Placement in Medan, North Sumatera
