Job Description :

1. Oversee operations across multiple locations in East Indonesia.
2. Lead, mentor, and develop store teams to achieve outstanding performance.
3. Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and productivity of store teams.
4. Implement strategies to ensure operational efficiency and excellence.
5. Monitor key performance metrics and drive business growth.
6. Ensure alignment with company values, standards, and expansion goals.

Qualification :

1. Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from any Majors.
2. At least 2-3 years of experiences as Area Manager from a retail company. A results-driven leader with a proven track record in managing multiple retail locations.
3. Excellent communication skill, presentation ability, have a passion for developing people.
4. Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
5. Fluent in using technology tools for reporting and task management.
6. Lives in Surabaya.
