Part of the Central Strategic Operations Team for GrabFood Indonesia, this team supports the operational activities of the rapidly growing GrabFood and GrabMart businesses across all cities in Indonesia. The team works closely with the GrabFood leadership to design, build, implement, and improve operational processes that support and strengthen the business.

We are looking for an Analytics Lead to collaborate with stakeholders across functions, delivering deep dives and insights to drive the business forward. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, the ability to maintain a broad perspective, and the capability to dive deep when needed. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Lead Data Analysis: Use data to measure and analyze business and operational performance for GrabFood Indonesia.
• Collaborate with Teams: Partner with management and operational teams to deep dive into core issues and leverage data to find solutions.
• Support Strategic Projects: Provide analytical support on strategic business and operational projects, using big data to tackle key challenges.
• Automate Business Processes: Lead business automation projects to streamline manual processes and automate reporting.
• Design Reports & Dashboards: Create reports and performance measurement dashboards to support GrabFood Indonesia’s strategic operational projects.

The Essential Skills You Will Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Science, preferably in an internet or 'Direct to Consumer' company.
• Strong foundation in SQL for data query and manipulation, with experience in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with Python, R, or other tools for statistical analysis (strong plus).
• Experience with Big Data technologies such as Presto, Spark, or PySpark (strong plus).
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a complex, changing environment.
