RESPONSIBILITIES:

• I manage the daily flow of supplies ins & outs of the warehouse
• I track/manage inventory & space efficiency
• I provide the best services for each of my customers
• I mobilize the 3PL by giving them directions, motivations and Decathlon culture to guarantee reduction of lead time, lower costs and the finest quality of my services 
• I guarantee a secure, order and safe environment
• I put continuous improvement at the heart of my daily animations
• I ensure my KPIs’ are analysed, recorded and achieved every week

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Has experience in logistics or warehousing industry
• Intermediate skills with excel and WMS/SAP
• Communicates in English
• A team player who is responsible / highly adaptable and thrives in fast paced and changing environments
• Self-motivated with a clear passion for sports
• Problem solver mindset, dare to make decisions & take risks autonomously
• High level of attention to details and well-organized
