SKINTIFIC Indonesia is a leading beauty startup focused on innovative skincare solutions. As part of our rapid growth, we're seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandising Manager to lead the visual merchandising strategy for our events and brand activations across Indonesia
This role is crucial in ensuring that our brand’s visual presence at events is not only creatively inspiring but also meticulously planned and executed. We are looking for professionals with a strong eye for design, excellent project management skills, and a deep understanding of how to translate brand values into compelling visual experiences
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end project management of visual merchandising for events, pop-ups, and brand activation, from initial concept through to final execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors and suppliers to align on project goals, deliverables, and schedules
- Oversee the creation of visual concepts that that align with current beauty trends and target audiences
- Provide clear direction to designers and visual merchandisers on the execution of event displays that enhance the brand experience
- Supervise and inspect the installation of visual displays at events to ensure they meet design specifications and brand standards
- Develop and manage budgets for event visual merchandising while monitoring expenses to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
- Evaluate the success of visual merchandising at events, gather feedback, and implement improvements for future projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Event Management, or any related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in visual merchandising with a focus on project management, preferably within the beauty or retail industry.
- Fluent in English is a MUST
- Demonstrable visual design skills with a strong retail merchandising portfolio
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Sketchup, AutoCad, or any other visual design tools
- A keen eye for design and detail, with the ability to translate brand values into impactful visual experiences.
