The Vice Production Director has to be in charge of multiple sites in Indonesia to oversee, manage, and assess the performance of all sections within the Production Department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or master's degree in Engineering.
• More than 5 years working experiences in senior managerial or general manager level in manufacture industry
• Experiences in managing multiple sites.
• In depth knowledge of manufacturing process, supply chain management, production optimization, and lean operation.
• Proven leadership and team management skills. Proven experiences to manage large team members.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
• Exceptional attention to detail with excellent organizational capabilities.
• Have strong skill on data management and analysis.
• Ability to use Mandarin for daily communication and professional tasks would be an advantage
• Willing to travel to all plants in Indonesia regularly
