We now need an extra User Support Specialist. It doesn't matter to us whether you have experience or not: we will teach you everything that you need to know. It will be easier for you if you know how to confidently use a PC, able to express yourself in correct matter, and are not afraid of conflict situations.

You will not be accepting orders for trips, nor will you sell any products. Clients will leave their requests themselves. Your task is to maintain communication with them and help in difficult situations.

Responsibilities:

• providing help and answers to the customers' requests, feedback and complaints through identification of the problem itself, research on answers and subsequent provision of guidance via online chat and outbound calls;
• Supporting online registrations of users;
• database maintenance.

Requirements & working experience:

• fluent English;
• Excellent communication skills, positive attitude and empathy;
• Data entry skills (experience working with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) will be an advantage.
