Qualifications & experience

• - Bachelor's degree or higher in Fine Arts, Design, or related fields.
• - Over three years of UI design experience, with preference for those with independent and complete experience in major client projects and mature design project cases.
• - Solid theoretical foundation in design, ability to grasp design trends, and propose creative design ideas.
• - Excellent communication and presentation skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and team spirit.
• - In addition to outstanding visual expression, have a certain understanding of interaction design and the ability to collaborate with PMs to complete interaction output.
• - Strong logical thinking and quick learning abilities, good communication skills, and execution ability, capable of handling a certain level of work pressure.
• - Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Sketch, C4D, AE, and Illustrator, with a good command of C4D/AE being a plus.

Tasks & responsibilities

• - Independently complete design plans based on customer project requirements.
• - Participate in project discussions, collaborate with project managers and developers, and provide suggestions and solutions from the perspective of visual design and user experience.
• - Independently follow up on projects, communicate and collaborate with upstream and downstream teams and the R&D team to ensure the final online effect.
• - Thoroughly understand project requirements and effectively promote project implementation.
• - Develop design specifications for the projects you are responsible for, ensuring consistency in visual experience.
