Job Description

•  Develop travel plans that meet the needs and budgets of clients
• Provide advice and recommendations on travel destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities
• Sound knowledge and vast experience in Local and Asian tourism is essential
• Have knowledge of travel and tourism in Europe and Australia is a plus
• Manage bookings for flights, trains, hotels, and other services
• Address client issues and complaints professionally and efficiently
• Sound knowledge in handling visa application and other travel documentation
• Maintain relationships with clients and business partners
• Stay updated with the latest travel trends

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in tourism, hospitality, or related field
• At least 2 years of work experience as a Travel Consultant or in a related field
• Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer service-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using travel reservation systems and related applications
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing time effectively
