Job Descriptions:

• Manage and coordinate the daily transport operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to various destinations.
• Develop and implement effective route plans to optimize delivery schedules, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of drivers and logistics personnel to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
• Monitor and manage the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring regular maintenance, compliance with safety regulations, and minimizing downtime.
• Liaise with clients and suppliers to address delivery issues, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  
  Job Requirements:
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and route planning.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in transport management, with a strong background in route planning and logistics operations.
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team, with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with logistics software and tools, as well as a deep understanding of transportation regulations and compliance.
