Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Business Administration or related field.
• Min. 2 years work experience in related field.
• Accounting, Administration, Data Reconciliation, Reimbursement, Cost Accruals, Invoice Checking, Negotiation skills and Critical Thinking.
• Excellent Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Workspace, and Database Management.
• Excellent knowledge in Trucking and Logistic Industry, Responsible, Accurate.
• Have work experience in Logistic company would be preferable.

Job Activity :

• Responsible for Financial Reimbursements.
• Responsible for budgeting and cost accruals.
• Responsible for analyze data of vehicle expenses (fuel, OR insurance, tolls, etc.).
• Execute Payment Approval.
