JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review all plant OEE & Net OEE submitted by TPM coordinator every month.
• Prepare OEE monthly summary and progress and get dept head approved before submitted to HQ.
• Support TPM assessment every semester and implementing reward & penalty system.
• Daily, weekly, and monthly 6K audit in Mill area & make sure 6K finding closed by PIC.
• Apply reward & penalty based on 6K finding.
• Monthly Muda Walk with management to ensure plant do 6K very well,
• Review actual achievement anti corrosion in plant area by checking in field site.
• Setting yearly target to all plant and coordinate with HQ.
• Apply reward and penalty based on plant achievement, follow HQ TPM regulation.
• Prepare monthly data related to AM-PM activity and checking in field site to make sure data is correct.
• Make TPM competition to internal plant.
• Prepare monthly report for AM-PM & Muda Walk activity all plant and send to HQ.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or related field
• 8+ years progressive technical experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience in TPM (JIPM) deployment and leadership
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa and English. Mandarin is a plus.
• Six Sigma Black Belt Certified and/or Lean Manufacturing or JIPM certified is a plus.
• Functional leadership across a multi-site network
• Influence leadership in a complex environment
• Ability in deployment of TPM strategy & continuous improvement programs
• Organizational change leadership
• Willing to be placed in South Sumatera
