Conduct detailed time and motion studies to measure the time taken for each task in the production process.
Analyze data to identify areas of inefficiency or bottlenecks.
Collaborate with the production team to develop and implement strategies to reduce cycle times and improve overall efficiency.
Provide recommendations for process adjustments based on time study analysis.
Collect data on production processes, including timing, sequencing, and labor requirements.
Use statistical analysis to evaluate process performance and identify trends.
Prepare detailed reports on time study findings, including graphs, charts, and recommendations for improvement.
Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 1 year of experience in time study analysis, process improvement, or a related role in a manufacturing environment.
Understanding of standard time study methods, including stopwatch studies, work sampling, and predetermined motion time systems (PMTS)
Ability to create and analyze process maps to understand workflow, identify bottlenecks, and determine time allocations for different tasks
Ability to use time study software tools and data analysis programs, such as Excel or other specialized time study applications.
Skills in preparing clear, concise reports and presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Ability to clearly explain new procedures, time study methods, and process changes to employees, ensuring they understand and can implement them correctly.
Good Understand about Quality, Environment and Occupational Health & Safety Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001)
Able to communicate in English, both written and oral are preferred
Strong leadership and logic thinking based
Willing to work 6 days on plant (with shifting)
Willing to relocate and work in Cikarang, Jawa Barat
