Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed time and motion studies to measure the time taken for each task in the production process.
• Analyze data to identify areas of inefficiency or bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with the production team to develop and implement strategies to reduce cycle times and improve overall efficiency.
• Provide recommendations for process adjustments based on time study analysis.
• Collect data on production processes, including timing, sequencing, and labor requirements.
• Use statistical analysis to evaluate process performance and identify trends.
• Prepare detailed reports on time study findings, including graphs, charts, and recommendations for improvement.

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in time study analysis, process improvement, or a related role in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of standard time study methods, including stopwatch studies, work sampling, and predetermined motion time systems (PMTS)
• Ability to create and analyze process maps to understand workflow, identify bottlenecks, and determine time allocations for different tasks
• Ability to use time study software tools and data analysis programs, such as Excel or other specialized time study applications.
• Skills in preparing clear, concise reports and presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ability to clearly explain new procedures, time study methods, and process changes to employees, ensuring they understand and can implement them correctly.
• Good Understand about Quality, Environment and Occupational Health & Safety Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001)
• Able to communicate in English, both written and oral are preferred
• Strong leadership and logic thinking based
• Willing to work 6 days on plant (with shifting)
• Willing to relocate and work in Cikarang, Jawa Barat
