Qualifications Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 2 year of experience in one of this category 
  1. Virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware, RHEV or OpenStack).
  2. Server and OS administration (Windows, Linux or Solaris).
  3. Enterprise storage products (Dell EMC, HP, HDS, Netapp).
  4. Network product (Cisco, HPE Aruba or Huawei)
  5. Backup Software and solutions.Training and certification on one or more above category is a plus
  • Training and certification on one or more above category is a plus
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to maintain a consistently high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to comprehend complex technical topics and specialized information.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member to solve difficult technical challenges on a global scale.
  • Ability to handle multiple complex tasks, with tight deadlines concurrently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.

 

Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Implement, maintain, and administer IT infrastructure and related computing environment including computer hardware, software, and related documentation in accordance with IT best practices.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other system problems, and replace defective components when necessary and subject to available resources.
  • Interface with customer, technical staff, team members, and management to identify issues, negotiable changes, meet deadlines, and provide strong customer service both orally and in writing, as appropriate.
  • Keep customer informed of how and when problems are resolved.
  • Involved in any additional follow up, testing and troubleshooting.
  • After-hours / weekend work as required.
