Requirements:

1. Good interpersonal skill and communication
2. Experience in multiple operating systems such as Linux
3. Experience with platform virtualization (VMwareESX / VSphere)
4. Knowledge and familiar in RDBMS solution such as Oracle Database, PostgreSQL, and MySQL
5. Familiar with troubleshooting server and reading logs
6. Having good analysis and understanding on system architecture
7. Good networking knowledge (OSI Network layers, TCP/IP)
8. Basic knowledge in audit requirements and security policies

Responsibilities:

1. Meeting with head division to determine the company’s current and future needs.
2. Determining whether the current system can be upgraded or if a new system needs to be installed.
3. Providing the company with design ideas and schematics.
4. Project managing the design and implementation of the system.
5. Meeting with the software developers to discuss the system software needs.
6. Troubleshooting systems issues as they arise.
7. Overseeing all the moving parts of the system integration.
8. Measuring the performance of the upgraded or newly installed system.
9. Training staff on system procedures
10. Providing the company with post-installation feedback.
