- Expertise as maintenance Team leader and manage shift technician in assembly process.
- Technical knowledge of electrical, PLC, wiring and mechanical function.
- Knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations.
- Good manpower shift management for technicians.
- Result oriented, organized and have good communication and time management skill.
- Knowledge and work experience in preventive and corrective maintenance assembly machines.
- Part inventory control management.
- Good teamwork player and train technician for machine standard and trouble shooting.
- Knowledge of QMS systems like ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 14001
- Basic knowledge of the problem-solving tools,7QC tools dash board creation, Skill
- Verbal English is added advantage.
- Knowledge and work experience in automation and KEIZEN activities.
- Can read technical product and wiring drawing.
Responsibilities
- Maintain machine condition without breakdown
- Monitor inventory stock and timely report and make action with supervisor.
- maintain a document Preventive and corrective maintenance documents and address all finding actions.
- QMS audit document maintain for ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 audit and ensure Zero non-conformity.
- Observe and identify the operator weakness and improve action periodically.
- Inspect critical machines periodically to determine problems and necessary actions.
- Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work
- Creating trouble solving report with proper statistical analysis and ensure no occurrence of failure.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations
- Must be familiar and to do trouble shooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatics control and related parts and function.
- Machine improvement need to be done through automation and other KEIZEN activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Senior High School / Vocational School equivalent experience in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
- Min 3 years' relevant work experience.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Preferably experience in the assembly process.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.
