• Providing support for L1 case 
• Escalate the problem to L2 engineer.
• Support implementation for various system technology, especially DDI.
• Support incident remotely or by on-site visit.
• Working in shifting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree of computer science, information system or related with minimum GPA: 3.0
• Having knowledge in system technology, especially about DDI technology is preferred.
• Eager to learn and highly motivated, able to work in team.
• English fluency is preferred.
