Responsibilities:

• Identify and document operational needs within the Fleet Division for system integration.
• Develop and articulate these needs into Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for submission to the IT Team.
• Collaborate with the IT Team to discuss and refine system development requirements based on operational needs.
• Ensure that the development process aligns with Fleet Division objectives.
• Lead and manage the UAT process to validate the system developed by the IT Team, ensuring it meets the specified requirements and functions as intended.
• Conduct training and informational sessions for the Fleet Team on newly deployed systems, facilitating smooth adoption and effective use.
• Monitor system performance and promptly address any errors or issues.
• Communicate system errors and concerns to the IT Team for resolution.
• Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Fleet Division to ensure consistency and compliance with national standards.

Requirements:

• Must hold a Bachelor's degree in IT, Telecommunication Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• At least 1 year of experience in System Development or as a User Acceptance Tester (UAT).
• Demonstrated experience with end-to-end UAT processes.
• Familiarity with business processes in the Multi-Finance or Leasing industry is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in database management and programming languages.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Strong analytical skills with a thorough and creative mindset for problem-solving and system evaluation.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Attention to detail in documentation, testing, and system analysis.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage stakeholder expectations.
