Our clients are looking for Supply Chain Manager (National coverage) for FMCG industry 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Oversee national supply chain operations, including demand forecasting, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
• Ensure optimal inventory levels across the country to meet demand without overstocking.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective sourcing of raw materials and products.
• Manage national logistics networks, including transport, warehousing, and last-mile distribution.
• Monitor supply chain expenses and develop strategies to reduce costs while maintaining high service levels.
• Adjust supply chain strategies based on fluctuations in consumer demand, promotions, and market conditions.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations related to procurement, transportation, and warehousing.
• Lead, mentor, and develop supply chain teams, including regional managers and staff at various locations.
• Leverage automation to enhance efficiency in warehousing and logistics.

What Our Clients are looking for:

• Max age 42 years 
• Minimum education of S1 Industrial Engineering with GPA min 3.00 
• Minimum experience of 8 years at managerial level in supply chain field 
• Mastering Inventory Management, Product Forecasting, Warehouse Management, Logistic Operation, Distribution System (software application, mapping, transportation) 
• Experience in FMCG / Food manufacturing will be preferred
