We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and manage our supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for materials and production planning, procurement, customer service, warehousing, and transportation. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational, analytical & leadership skills to ensure efficient &  effective supply chain processes that align with our company objectives.


Key Responsibilities
1. Materials and Production Planning
- Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products based on latest demand forecast.
- Coordinate with production and materials teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels.
- Optimize material usage and reduce waste through effective planning and control.
2. Procurement
- Manage the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and cost-efficiency.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues promptly.
- Work with Global Procurement team on the allocation of raw materials, prices and specs evaluation performance.
3. Customer Service
- Oversee customer service operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to improve Voice of Customer (VOC).
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Work with sales and operations teams to understand customer needs and improve service delivery.
- Manage customer complaints and ensure the complaints are followed up with QC and Production.
4. Warehousing
- Manage warehousing operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and implement efficient warehousing practices.
- Maintain a safe and compliant warehouse environment.
5. Transportation
- Oversee transportation logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
- Manage relationships with transportation providers and negotiate favorable terms.
- Monitor transportation performance and address any delays or issues.


Qualifications and Education Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field from a reputable university. 

• Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in the manufacturing industry with a proven track record of success in supply chain operations.

• Deep knowledge and exposure to end-to-end supply chain operation; demand planning and forecasting, inventory optimization, export import process and compliances, procurement and customer service. 

• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement principles, with experience implementing process optimization initiatives to streamline operations and reduce waste or, familiar with Operation Excellent, World class Manufacturing concept and methodology (e.g IWS or FEM). 

• Update on the Ex-Im regulations to follow. 

• Strong Leadership and result oriented; Delivers results under first-time conditions or tough circumstance. 

• Proactive communicator and people connector 

• Thinking Agility - Comfortable with new and complex issues. Get to the heart of the matter quickly. 

• Likes to entertain new ideas, pilot them and put them into practice. Works well under pressure.
