Responsibilities :

1. Operational Supervision

• Supervise the activities of receiving, storing, and sending goods.
• Ensure that operational processes run according to company procedures and standards.
• Arrange work schedules and monitor warehouse staff performance.
• Ensure the implementation of 5S in the work area

2. Team Management

• Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff to achieve optimal performance.
• Prepare shift schedules and manage employee leave.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.

3. Inventory Management

• Control and monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.
• Prepare periodic inventory reports and conduct audits to ensure accuracy.
• Control and monitor the use of work tools and company infrastructure according to company procedures and standards.

4. Compliance and Safety

• Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations.
• Identify safety risks and implement preventive measures.
• Develop and implement safety policies in the warehouse area.

5. Coordination of other departments

• Work closely with other departments such as logistics, sales/marketing, production, and purchasing/exim to ensure efficient flow of goods
• Handle and resolve issues related to shipping and receiving goods.

6. Reporting and Documentation

• Prepare and maintain necessary documentation related to warehouse operations.
• Prepare performance reports, including efficiency analysis and recommendations for improvement.

7. Process Improvement

• Analyze warehouse processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement new technologies and methodologies to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements :

• Min. Bachelor's Degree – Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering or Business
• Have a minimum of 5 years in the warehouse.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), and related software.
• Have leadership, integrity, data analysis, inventory management, and communicative skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, detail-oriented, and problem-solving.
• Understand the quality management system and K3.
• Fluent in English and proficient in literacy.
• Applicant must be willing to work in Merak–Banten.
