ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

Mechanical Focke F550 Expert technician with understanding of Maintenance system of PM Pillar ( Open+ / IWS) to achieve overall target of Quality, performance / run-ability, as well as continuous improvement (Kaizen), and  develop shop-floor technical capability (AM and PM Team).

Reports to: SMD Maintenance Manager

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Expert in Mechanical Packer FOcke F550 Technology for maintenance, troubleshooting, dismantling & installation
• Ensure all maintenance system is refer to PM Pillar (Open + / IWS).
• To ensure all activities related with maintenance is coordinated correctly according to procedure and EHS standard, to ensure zero accident.
• Do regular reporting, performance review, and coaching to floor to achieve goal/target.
• Ensure continuous improvement, initiative, and all activities to eliminate/reduce loss in each area by implementing troubleshooting guide, IPS/UPS, and/or re-engineering design if needed.
• Support fixing major issues related to Quality, performance / run-ability, and continuous improvement (Kaizen).

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Process/Industrial Engineering and/or having experience min 5 years in Sr. Mechanic / Maintenance Lead
• Understand the basic knowledge of IWS, especially on PM Pillar
• Technical Mastery minimum Level 4 Focke F550 / F5 / F552 Technology
• Capable to lead small team for project assignment and Kaizen.
• Good communication and collaboration
