BAT INDONESIA IS LOOKING FOR A SUBJECT METER EXPERT SENIOR ELECTRICIAN

FUNCTION: Operations

SUB FUNCTION: Manufacturing

CITY & COUNTRY: Malang, East Java, Indonesia

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

The role is responsible Support all internal Project / Initiative Management (IM) activities to achieve overall target, with the effective, efficient, and minimum costs. Provide support and guidance to major issues related to Quality, performance / run-ability, as well as continuous improvement (Kaizen), and  develop shop-floor electrical capability (AM and PM Team).

Reports to: SMD Maintenance Manager

Geographic Scope: Local

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

•        Organize and share task lists related to projects

•        Make engine modifications and improvement

•        Execute and provide support for every initiative management (IM) / NPI activity to achieve the target.

•        Support fixing major issues related to Quality, performance / run-ability, and continuous improvement (Kaizen).

•        Support to develop standard best practice in every project

•        Support for developing training materials and simulators for every AM stage

•        Support development of SME Electrical through training and standards implementation

•        All internal/initiative management completed according to the timeline

•        Review and validated Kaizen for electrical scope

•        Leading project activities align with initiatives management (IM)

•        Giving guidance and develop EO Electrical capability

•         

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

·       Graduated Diploma’s or bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum 2-4 years experienced in related field.

·       Have experience in tobacco industry

·       Experience in Secondary Machinary

·       Understand the basic knowledge of IWS, especially on AM-PM Pillar

·       Master on Manual book for each technology

·       Understand SWP/DMS and IWS tools, especially those related to PM

·       Willing to work in team, demonstrated self-motivated, personal leadership

·       Technical Mastery minimum Level 4 for all machine process with different Type of Technology

·       Capable to lead project and Kaizen

·       Interpersonal collaboration skills & Effective communication skills

·       Basic problem-solving skills and familiarity with structured problem tools

·       Ability and commitment to drive change in the organization
