Job Description : 

- Create talent contracts according to the agreed terms
- Create HW Group talent schedules
- Coordinate with the Finance team for payment of talent fees
- Participate in actively promoting HW Group talents
- Develop artistic and creative concepts for events.
- Lead the creative team in drafting visual and artistic guidelines for events.
- Responsible for the general direction and creative vision during the event.
- Work closely with producers to achieve artistic goals.

Job Requirement: 

- Candidate must at least possess Bachelor Degree.
- Minimum 1 year experience in managing artist/talent/influencer (having previously worked in agency is an advantage).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bright and creative mind is a must.
- Outstanding time management skill even when under pressure.
- Comfortable to work in fast paced and dynamic environment.
- In depth knowledge on directing/managing a show 
- Proficient in Ms. Office.
