Requirement :

  1. Hold Diploma or Bachelor's degree from management, communication, economic or equivalent from reputable university
  2. Proficient using Ms. Office (esp. MS Excel).
  3. Business English proficiency (coordinate with foreigners)
  4. Able to multitask, meticulous, good communication, organized, and good coordination skill.
  5. Active and initiative person, able to work in team and independently 
  6. Having experience in exim or same position min 1 year (fresh grad are welcome)
  7. Able to join immediately preferred

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for goods purchase (import and local) process.
  2. Communication with Forwarding for import process, PIB, custom clearance, etc.
  3. Prepare customs documents.
  4. Searching for the best suppliers for comparison.
  5. Monitoring PO and delivery schedule from supplier and Customer
  6. Monitor AR and coordinate with Finance to ensure timely invoicing.
  7. Coordinate with relevant parties (customer/shipping/suppliers) to ensure the delivery and other related matters are handled efficiently and effectively.
  8. Assist in reviewing documents.
  9. Develop and maintain filing system.
  10. Other responsibilities as needed.
