Responsibilities:
- Handling day-to-day operations (tasks or queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, Telegram, and ticketing system)
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders/parties
- Create RCAs and able to identify, analyze, and solve issues
- Able to work on a daily basis and be available to address issues at flexible times
- Maintain and monitor system performance 24/7 and can monitor and track the progress of tasks or incidents
- Fast response, escalation, and resolution of production issues
- Create improvements to reduce regular operational tasks
- Create operational reports such as SLA reports, improvement reports, presentations to clients, and SOPs
- Perform installation and configuration of new servers or technology when required
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in IT, Telco, Banking, and Insurance as an SME
- Able to respond quickly, identify each issue, and solve the problem
- Good communication and presentation skilll
- Have a good knowledge in Unix Script, SQL, DevOps, Cloud Computing
- Fast learning and adaptable
