We urgently need for SPV HR/GA generalist position in our Site located in Pasar Kemis Tangerang Banten

 

Main Job Responsibility :

 

• Responsible of all recruitment end to end process
• Assist to HR/GA manager
• Ensure all documents of new joiners are complete
• Work closely with users to understand their staff requirements, specific job objectives
• Responsible to manage the probation period of all new joiners , as well as their probation evaluation assessment
• Responsible for keeping track of status contractual agreement of all employee
• HR Administration, Updating HR database ( Employee data, Leave day, Contract )

 

Qualification :

• Minimum Bachelor degree of any major; Psychology or Management Degree will be advantage
• Have experience in Recruitment and HR administrative min 2 years
• Understand psychological test
• Understand BEI Interview
• Detail and like Administrative work
• Good analytical thinking and Can work under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong personality , Firm and Independent
• Computer literate ( Ms Office )
• Can join As Soon As Possible
