Requirements:

• Maximum 35 Years Old
• Candidate at least have a Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree (D3/S1) in Psychology, Management of Human Resource, Law or any relevant major
• At least 2 years of working experience as HR Supervisor at Manufacturing Company
• Fluent in Mandarin, both oral and written ( English is a plus)
• Experienced with HRIS, BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
• Computer literary (Office, Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Power Point) and familiar with ERP/SAP program
• Having good communication skill, prioritize, multi-task, and manage job in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter and creative with initiative of improvement
• Understanding ISO 9001
• Have HR certification and proven by a certificate is a plus
• Would be Placed in Surabaya

Job Descriptions:

• Understand & have practical knowledge of recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring), Training & Development (TNA, Facilitator, Trainer, Training Evaluation)
• Employee & Industrial Relations (Becoming a bridge between employees and management as well as external parties), familiar with negotiating with various parties
• Organization Development (Organizational Structure, Performance Management / Appraisal, Job Description, Compensation & Benefits (Payroll, THR)
• HR Administration (Attendance and Employee database) & Foreign Workers Administration (VISA, KITAS, RPTKA)
• Understand the Personnel Process (Negotiation, regulation & execution) and Updated Labor Law
