JOB SUMMARY: 
-Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
-Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules.
-Initiate and kick-off projects in alignment with company goals and standards.
-Lead project teams, providing guidance and direction to achieve project goals.
-Monitor and control project activities to ensure they stay on track..
-Coordinate with various stakeholders, including internal teams, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
-Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
-Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
-Implement risk management plans to minimize potential disruptions to project timelines and budgets.
-Prepare regular progress reports for senior management and stakeholders.
-Prioritize and enforce HSE standards and practices throughout the project.
-Implement quality control measures to ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed industry standards

EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS, AND SKILLS:
Education: Min. Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Petroleum, Mechanical Engineering
Language: Communicative Level English, TOEFL 500 Minimum
Experience: 
-Minimum 10+ years working experience in oil and gas support industry with at least 5+ years of experience as Project/Area/Site-Manager for an Operator (preferred) or oilfield service main contractor. 
-The Candidate have knowledge and direct work experience is preferred in Artificial Lift especially Electric Submersible Pump
-Preferably having a Professional qualification (PMP or AACE) Certificate 
-Strong project management capability particularly in planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting and reporting.
-Having good strategic planning skill, well-structured and well organized
-Advance communication skills. Able to manage and motivate people at all levels, from staff to subcontractors
-Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary activities and in intercultural environments
-Proven track record of developing and maintaining external relationships at senior levels 
-Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with teams and networks and influence outcomes at many levels in an organization 
-Excellent project management skills - with the ability to identify critical path issues and develop solutions to keep a program on track 
-Solid leadership skills, mentoring, and coaching 
-Strong problem-solving ability and effective employee management experience
-Willing to be placed in Riau area
