Role Overview:

The Site HR Manager will oversee all human resources functions at the construction site, ensuring effective management of personnel, compliance with local labor laws, and alignment with company policies. This role is pivotal in fostering a productive and positive work environment, addressing employee concerns, and supporting the overall project goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process for site-based positions, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new hires and ensure they are properly integrated into the team.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and issues, providing guidance and support.
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, providing training and support to site staff as needed.
  • Develop and manage performance appraisal processes, including setting objectives, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews.
  • Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
  • Oversee the administration of payroll, benefits, and employee records.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and resolution of any payroll-related issues.
  • Promote a safe working environment by ensuring compliance with health and safety policies and conducting regular site inspections.
  • Address and manage workplace injuries, accidents, and any other health-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regular reports on HR activities, staffing levels, and other relevant metrics.
  • Ensure confidentiality and secure storage of employee information.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the construction or real estate sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach to HR challenges.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
