Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Master Planning and Design: Oversee master planning and design initiatives for real estate development projects, ensuring they align with project goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Optimize Plot Designs: Adjust designs for plots, residential areas, commercial land, retail spaces, and circulation routes to maximize land use and project success.
- Collaborate with Engineers: Work closely with infrastructure, MEP, landscape, and environmental engineers to finalize the master plan design.
- Review Site Plans: Develop and review site plans for each villa plot, focusing on positioning, levels, entrances, retaining walls, and external works to ensure optimal site utilization and design integration.
- Ensure Design Integration: Coordinate all design aspects, including villas, earthwork, infrastructure, MEP systems, and landscape design, to create a cohesive and functional development.
- Coordinate Projects: Work with management to set project priorities, develop scopes, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Provide Expert Recommendations: Review project details, offer expert recommendations, and ensure alignment with overall development goals.
- Maintain Master Plan: Update the global master plan monthly, sharing it with relevant stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Support Project Teams: Assist project teams in developing design drawings, specifications, and documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Develop Standard Specifications: Create and implement standard specifications for infrastructure finishes, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Stay Informed on Trends: Maintain a broad knowledge of the latest trends in planning and infrastructure development, incorporating relevant innovations into projects.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in master planning and architecture.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with experience in engaging and managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Educational Background: Degree in architecture, engineering, planning, science, or a related field, with practical experience.
- Master Planning Expertise: Proficient in master planning for major industrial developments.
- Regulatory Understanding: Familiarity with processes and requirements for delivering plans in regulated or safety-critical environments.
- Site Selection Knowledge: Understanding of key site selection drivers, including safety, environmental, security, commercial, and economic factors.
- Procedural Development: Ability to develop or support the development of procedures and workflows for master planning.
- Experience in Hilly Terrain: Experience in master planning or designing buildings in hilly or uneven terrain is advantageous.
