Job Description
 

• Develop clear safety policy and standard
• Create communication and training plan to ensure SHE awareness.
• Provide training/ mentoring/ coaching materials for units related to safety and health activities.
• Directly manage all SHE team in branch including retail, truck & vessel operations.
• Perform SHE audit & investigation on weekly & quarterly basis.
• Manage relationship with relevant institutions/government/stakeholders.
• Ensure safety compliance to regulations and requirements incl. certification for equipment and employee, fit to work, etc.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering 
• Having 8 year(s) working experience in the related field
• Good communication and analytical thinking skills
• Well organized person & good interpersonal skills
